A Bury man has been charged causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving whilst disqualified.
It follows a collision with a house on Market Street, Bolton in the early hours of on Saturday 28th March
A 47-year-old man who was walking on Market Street was struck by the vehicle. He received severe injuries and has since remained in hospital in a critical condition.
Nicholas Partington aged 38 of Barrett Court appeared atManchester and Salford Magistrates Court 10 April 2026 and has been remanded in custody to appear later in the year.
