Tis the season to be Enchanted at Knowsley Safari, with the return of its incredibly popular magical light trail taking place on selected dates from 4pm-8pm, 20th November – 30th December, with tickets now available to pre-book.

Set to provide guests with all the festive feels in the run up to Christmas, parents, children and couples alike will be swept away by the magical and joyous atmosphere created by the illuminated animals taking up residence along the Foot Safari over the Christmas period.

Eyes will be twinkling as deer, giraffes, penguins, zebras and more light the way around the Enchanted forest where visitors can also enjoy toasting marshmallows, a glass of mulled wine and other delicious festive treats available from the brand new outdoor food court to fuel their adventure.  For added excitement, Knowsley Safari’s rides are also open throughout Enchanted for young thrill-seekers to enjoy as festive tunes play throughout the experience.

Not managed to book in a Santa visit yet? Knowsley Safari has you covered with the option to add a Santa Experience to a visit either during Enchanted or for day visits too.  Children can have a meet and greet with Mr Claus and take away a framed picture of their encounter as a special memento to treasure.

Rachel Scott, Head of Marketing, Knowsley Safari, said, “We’re delighted to be getting ready for Enchanted, one of the most popular experiences on Knowsley Safari’s annual calendar.  When the sun sets, and the lights come on it’s impossible not be swept up in the magical atmosphere and it’s particularly fantastic to see the delight on children’s faces when they arrive.  We’re looking forward to helping everyone get into the Christmas spirit early this year, making it one to remember.”

Enchanted tickets are £9 for children and adults (£8 for members) and under 3s and carers are free. Santa Experience tickets are £12.

To visit Knowsley Safari guests must pre-book tickets and a time slot online here.

With contactless entry and enhanced hygiene regimes and social-distancing measures in place across the Safari’s 550-acre site, guests can be assured that safety is paramount.
