Nestled within the historical walls of the Grade II listed Falcon Mill, FaMAS Art Gallery and Studios stands as a beacon of artistic rejuvenation.

Under the guidance of acclaimed Bolton-based artist Pete Marsh, its founder and manager, FaMAS has transformed the former cotton spinning mill into the largest art collective in Bolton, offering a canvas for artistic expression in a multitude of mediums.

This Friday, 20th October from 7-10pm, as part of a preview evening, there will be an opportunity for anyone to come along to immerse themselves in the world of art and history, stepping into the enchanting ambiance of the Falcon Mill.

Live music will fill the air, creating a symphony of artistic inspiration as visitors can witness firsthand the intricate processes, innovative techniques, and captivating pieces of art created within the historic walls. It will be an evening of artistic celebration with live music, refreshments, and nibbles.

The following day, Saturday, 21st October, from 11am to 2pm, the studios will remain open to explore the remarkable work produced by the community of 40 talented creatives.

There will be a huge variety of work on display including Painting, Printmaking, Glasswork, Craft, Textiles, Ceramics, Sign-writing, Mural Painting, Interior Design, Photography, Collage, Graphic Design, Installation, Jewellery, Sculpture, Conceptual Art, Fashion, Drawing, Paper Cutting, Batik, Kintsugi, Pyrography and Hair Styling.

This Art Exhibition and Open Studios event is free to attend ~ Friday 20th – Saturday 21st October.
