Firmly established as London & Brighton’s best vegan fast-food restaurant, The Vurger Co. is set for further expansion this month with a fourth restaurant opening in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter on 23rd April.

The incredible space, part of the Transmission House development will be its largest & most ambitious project to date, with over 50 covers, and will be open seven days a week. As with its other locations (Canary Wharf, Shoreditch & Brighton), the latest restaurant will also be walk-in only.

With its mission to revolutionise fast-food through the power of plants, customerscan expect dishes that only use 100% plant-based & ethically sourced products. All packaging is also made from plants & is fully compostable, with a guarantee that nothing goes to landfill.

Manchester will finally get to try The Vurger Co’s well-loved indulgent classics including its vegan mac ‘n cheese, vegan shake menu as well as burger favourites including:

  • New York Melt – Beyond Meat patty topped with double vegan cheese, gherkins, tomato, and house made burger sauce
  • Buffalo Vurger – Crispy ‘chicken’ patty dipped in buffalo hot sauce, topped with vegan mozzarella, gherkins, crispy onions, and house made baconnaise
  • Hunny ‘Chicken’ – House-made vegan honey, drizzled over The Vurger Co’s chicken patty, with honey mustard aioli, gherkins, and fresh brioche
