A 19 year old man has been charged following an investigation into a series of burglaries across Oldham and Tameside.
The charges have been made following an investigation which arose from an arrest by a Tameside neighbourhood crime team officer in Audenshaw on 9 December 2025, relating to burglaries targeting residential properties in the Fitton Hill area of Oldham, and Denton and Ashton-under-Lyne areas of Tameside.
Modou Jammeh of no fixed abode has been charged with 33 counts of attempt burglary dwelling with intent to steal and Three counts of attempt burglary other than dwelling as well as a series of other charges
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today
