A sixteen year old boy will appear at Manchester Youth Court today charged with the murder of 49 year old Paul Marsh last weekend
Marsh was found unconscious Samuel Street in Atherton and died a short time later
His family have asked for continued privacy whilst they grieve for their loss and are also being kept updated with the progress of this investigation.
