A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The arrest comes after the death of another 15-year-old boy on Monton Street in Moss Side just after 4.30pm yesterday
The victim was found with stab wounds and sadly, after being treated at the scene and in hospital, he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A S60 order is still in place until just after 5pm this evening (16 September) and affords officers additional stop and search powers in the area
