The world’s only international personal training gym, Ultimate Performance Fitness, has moved its Manchester training facility from Old Granada Studios to the new XYZ Building in the city’s exclusive Spinningfields quarter.

The global fitness brand’s new home is a larger and more bespoke training facility which will accommodate the team of 15 personal trainers and dedicated clients.

Ultimate Performance Fitness (UP Fitness), which has gyms in London, Singapore, Marbella, L.A., Dubai, Amsterdam, Sydney and Hong Kong, has moved to the ultra-modern new premises in Manchester’s sought-after Spinningfields district – a state-of-the-art upgrade to a 3,500 mbespoke personal training gym.

The XYZ building is a new development in Spinningfields, Manchester, and is set to be the new hub for cutting-edge Manchester-based tech and media firms.

Other brands that will be joining UP Fitness include media giant Global Radio which runs Smooth Radio, Classic FM, Heart and Capital FM and Shoosmiths Solicitors and IT specialists NCC.

UP Fitness’ new facility includes bespoke training equipment designed to get maximum body transformation results with every client, including our signature UP track for prowler pushes, sled pulls, sled drags, lunge walks and modified strongman exercises like farmer’s walks.

Currently, UP Fitness’ Manchester gym works one-to-one with hundreds of personal training clients, including celebrities Cath Tyldesley and Gemma Atkinson. The company boasts a stable of more than 200 leading personal trainers in the UK, Europe, America and Asia, with a new flagship facility opening in Los Angeles in 2017.

Nick Mitchell, founder of UP Fitness said,

“Moving into the fantastic new XYZ building cements UP’s commitment to Manchester. Although we are a London-originated business, we’ve based our global headquarters here to oversee our businesses across four different continents because we believe in the spirit, entrepreneurialism and commercial attractiveness of Manchester, and are looking forward to making further investments in the region.”

Mark Bohannon, personal trainer and gym manager at UP Fitness Manchester, said,

“It’s amazing to see the exceptional body transformation results our clients have already managed to achieve with us at UP Manchester.

“This move to our new XYZ home with a purpose-built personal training facility will enable us to really take what we do to the next level – it’s an exciting time for the business and our personal training clients and we cannot wait to see what our future clients are able to achieve in our brand new gym.

“This will only cement our status as Manchester’s pre-eminent results-focused private personal training facility.”
