Greater Manchester Police have referred themselves to the their Professional Standards Directorate and the IOPC after an eighty two year old woman was hit by a police car on Rochdale Road in Manchester on Monday morning
She was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators in GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are making enquiries and are appealing for witnesses in the area around the time of the incident which occurred around 10.50 to come forward and assist with their enquiries.
