A woman pedestrian has died in Droylsden after a tragic accident saw a man in his 70’s lose control of his car.
Three pedestrians were hit in the accident on Haddon Hall Road just after midday.
Two further female pedestrians have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver has remained at the scene to assist police with their enquiries.
No arrests have been made.
