Destiny 2 is a continuation of the cult shooter in the distant future, where humanity is fighting for survival against the legions of invaders and the player will have to choose his class, and hence the role in the confrontation.

Players choose their own path of character development and can upgrade their character on their own, having studied the guide and go on an adventure, or trust the professionals – order a destiny 2 boosting service and open access to high LVL content – raids and PVP.

What a beginner needs to know about Destiny 2:

  • Classes
  • Pumping
  • Weapons and equipment

Classes

In Destiny 2, there are three classes for the player to choose from, and in order to make a choice, let’s look at each of them:

Titan – according to the game plot, the prototype of the order of knights who founded the city and swore an oath to protect it, even at the cost of their lives.

Defensive class, has high armor, can summon a protective barrier to protect allies from incoming damage. Good in fights at medium and close distances, can put his fists into battle if the enemy gets too close.

The Titan holds the main damage in raids and covers his comrades while hunting monsters and in PVP.

Warlock – according to the game plot, these are knowledge hunters who have sworn to fight the darkness until it is completely destroyed.

The game is presented as a mixture of a magical and shooting class, they can both inflict massive damage on the enemy, and heal and bless allies.

An indispensable unit in the raid due to its massive abilities. In PvP, it supports allies and curses opponents, not forgetting to deal damage.

Hunter – according to the game plot, wanderers of the deserts, who were expelled from their native lands. Living in wild territories made them excellent shooters and masters of traps and close combat.

The hunter is the prototype of a special forces soldier who uses a sniper rifle and a dagger if the enemy gets too close. The hunter is not squeamish about traps and is famous for his signature cape and kill contracts. According to tribal customs, the hunter must take the cloak of the fallen brother and fulfill the contract prescribed for him.

Pumping

There are several ways to level up in Destiny 2.

Go through the tutorial – understand the basic mechanics, the skills of the selected class, the role of the quests and start the story campaign.

Complete quests and contracts – quests are a chain of actions to destroy monsters or dialogues with NPCs, for which you will receive experience, gold and equipment upgrades.

Contracts are optional tasks that can be completed in parallel with the quest chain for additional experience, but require glitter – the currency of Destiny 2. In essence, you can convert glitter into experience and thus increase in levels. Contracts are daily and weekly. The basic ones are taken for free, the rest for glitter from a special NPC. The tasks are not difficult and are usually tied to the classic actions in the game in large quantities – headshots, killing certain monsters, firing from certain weapons.

Strike – a raid on the boss’s lair for three players in order to gain experience, gold and valuable items of equipment. Strikes are useful for mastering the mechanics of future raids and the opportunity to earn basic equipment and glints.

Raid – an attack on the boss’s lair for six or more players, depending on the complexity of the raid, brings experience, gold and the best equipment that can be obtained. The best equipment can only be obtained in raids. Legendary equipment is considered the best in the game and to get it you need to go to the most difficult – mythical.

Weapons and equipment

Weapons and armor are the main criteria for the value of a character, the rarer equipment you can get, the higher your damage in PVP and PVE.

Weapons are divided into kinetic, energy and power.

Kinetic is the default weapon with which the player will spend the most time.

Energy – a weapon bound to the energy of the sun, lightning, or the void. Players will have no problem finding such weapons, as all monsters drop special ammo and various weapons.

Power – a special weapon with huge damage. This includes sniper rifles, rocket launchers, and other heavy weapons. It is more difficult to get and is used mainly in PVP and in difficult raids, to deal high damage to the boss.

Weapons can be improved and power can be transferred from one to another for special parts and brands that the player will receive for completing tasks and exchanged with other players.

Armor is also subject to improvement and affects the maximum damage that a player can inflict on opponents, can be improved for those obtained in quests and pumping, and significantly increase the characteristics of your hero.
