Manchester-based eCommerce and digital marketing agency, Visualsoft, has announced a contract renewal with established footwear company, Charles Clinkard.
The news means the two businesses will continue their longstanding collaboration, which dates back to 2006. Charles Clinkard will continue to benefit from Visualsoft’s Shared Success model, wherein the agency’s fee is based on a percentage of the client’s online sales.
Visualsoft will continue to provide the retailer with a range of digital services including social media marketing, CRO, and PPC whilst hosting the Charles Clinkard website on its bespoke eCommerce platform. Visualsoft will also manage the SEO of Charles Clinkard’s sister site, Gabor Shoes, as part of the renewal.
Launched in Middlesbrough, Charles Clinkard has remained a family business since its inception with the opening of a single shoe shop in 1924. Today, it is the leading independent footwear retailer in the north east and one of the largest in the UK, with 32 stores nationwide.
The partnership with Visualsoft has yielded numerous impressive results, including a 97% year-on-year increase in traffic from social media channels, thanks to work undertaken by the agency’s marketing strategists.
