New co-working space, The Classrooms, has opened its doors to businesses of Greater Manchester.

Located in the heart of Sale’s up-and-coming Stanley Square, the space comprises a collection of innovative commercial spaces. The launch marks a major milestone in the ongoing regeneration of Sale town centre.

The cutting-edge development, recently praised by MP Mike Kane in the House of Commons, showcases Altered Space’s commitment to revitalising the area and providing businesses with inspiring spaces to thrive. The modern offices boast an array of amenities, including bike storage, showers, super-fast WIFI, and 24/7 security.

At the event, Kane commended Altered Space for its transformative efforts in Sale: “It’s been incredible to see the regeneration in Sale town centre. The Stanley Square development and the work done by Altered Space has been incredible and brought significant benefits to the local community. The addition of The ClassRooms will help to foster economic growth by attracting new businesses to the area. I am confident that this development will further enhance Sale’s reputation as a thriving business hub.”

Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration at Trafford Council Liz Patel echoed Kane’s sentiments, stating: “The collaboration between Altered Space and Trafford Council demonstrates how regeneration can transform our communities. I’m looking forward to seeing how the addition of The Classrooms will help the Sale community to thrive.”

Newly elected Councillor for Sale Central, Eve Parker, was also in attendance to view the conducive work environments. The flexible workstations ensure that businesses can adapt to changing needs and remain at the forefront of office innovation.

Over the past three years, Altered Space has successfully delivered more than 20 new commercial lettings, adding to the vibrancy of Sale’s business landscape. These diverse and promising businesses have been pivotal in shaping the town centre’s ongoing transformation and contributing to its thriving food scene. The introduction of The ClassRooms further solidifies Altered Space’s dedication to driving footfall and fostering economic growth in the area.

Michael Brown, Managing Director at Altered Space commented: “We are delighted to introduce The ClassRooms as the latest addition to Sale’s rapidly evolving business community. Our goal is to provide entrepreneurs and businesses with flexible, state-of-the-art office spaces that inspire creativity and collaboration in the community.
