MAG Property is celebrating the arrival of two new occupiers at the World Freight Terminal at Manchester Airport, as two new occupiers, Lime Supply and Posilan, have both recently agreed long-term leases.
Both Lime Supply and Posilan were attracted by the strategic location of the World Freight Terminal, which is adjacent to Junction 6 of the M56 motorway, providing seamless access to the import and export communities and air cargo operations, as well as to the 200+ passenger destinations and cargo network offered by airlines at Manchester Airport.
The new occupiers will be joined by two existing tenants who have extended their commitment in Building 308: MIQ Logistics and Evolution Time Critical, the world-leading specialist in emergency logistics.

Lime Supply, a cleaning logistics company, has moved into a 581 sq ft facility in Building 308, Avro Way. Posilan, which offers IT support to clients across Manchester and the North West, has taken up tenancy in a 456 sq ft facility in the same building.

The news comes as Manchester’s World Freight Terminal celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. By providing the facilities, experience and expertise to handle all types of air cargo 24/7, the World Freight Terminal has continued to expand to meet the needs of importers and exporters from across the UK.
Currently handling over 100,000 tonnes of import and export freight and mail a year, carried in both passenger aircraft and freight only aircraft, the World Freight Terminal has capacity for further growth.
