Since the beginning of Specsavers in 1984, its founders Doug and Mary have strongly believed in giving their staff the possibility to grow and develop. And they’re still convinced that their company can only grow if their people grow. They promise to encourage their staff to keep learning and offer them the tools to do so. It’s one of the reasons why most of their staff choose to stay with them for years. Whether you just started working for Specsavers or have been with them for a while: you’ll always be encouraged to stay curious and learn something new.
