Two boys who attempted to drag a woman out out of her car before making off with a handbag containing £7,000 in Blackley will appear in court tomorrow.
The boys, aged 16 and 17 and who cannot be named for legal reasons have been charged with one count of robbery.
The incident happened last Sunday afternoon on Leywell Road.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Monday 18 May
