Fronting the Daily Coronavirus press conference The Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said that now is not the time to ease up on lockdown rules.
“Thank you for your sacrifice but we’re not done yet. We must keep going.” he said adding that government is continuing to gather data to determine the effects of the lockdown and physical distancing measures.
It’s too early to say conclusively whether it is working he added saying that there would not be any more updates on this until the end of next week.
