Thousands of people march through the city for a national demonstration during the the Conservative Party Conference
The protest which was organised by The Peoples Assembly are demanding changes ranging from ending the cost of living crisis and defending the NHS.
The March began on Oxford Road and protesters passed the Conference before endi g at Castlefield Bowl where a number of people spoke to the crowds including the Camoaign for Climate Change and the National Education union
