The Printworks is serving free hot food and drink to vulnerable people across the city centre.

On Monday 21st December, from 12pm until 3pm, Printworks team will be sharing one hot meal and drink from the food collection point situated at Chiquito’s outdoor seating area in the Pump Yard.

Printworks venues including Chiquito, Frankie & Benny’s and Wagamama will be providing the food and drink available and will be following all social distancing guidelines to ensure the team and visitors safety at all times.

Adam Jackson, Marketing Manager at Printworks, said “It’s been such a difficult year for everyone and especially those in need. We are welcoming the homeless community or anyone struggling financially who would benefit from a delicious hot meal and drink.

“From our work with many charities across Greater Manchester over the years, we know the winter months and festive season can be a huge struggle. Our team wants to help as much as possible, using any surplus supplies we have from our many venues to provide a little comfort during this time. The pandemic has hugely impacted the hospitality sector but once again the industry has shown solidarity in what has been a difficult year for them.

“We ask all visitors to follow the social distancing guidelines to ensure their safety as well as our staff and volunteers.”
