The four home nations have this evening come to an agreement over plans for households to mix over the Christmas period
Three households will be able to mix within an exclusive bubble for five days over the period from 23rd until the 27th December
The bubble will only be allowed to meet in a private home, a place of worship or outdoors and not in pubs, restaurants or bars and once a bubble is formed, it cannot be changed.
Travel restrictions between the four home nations will also be lifted
