PERPLEXED parents not sure how to keep their youngsters entertained over the back holiday weekend can find some gigantic help is at hand, as Dino Fun World roars into the area.

On 25 and 26 August Stalybridge’s Cheetham Park will be hosting this special event, where visitors of all ages can enjoy a journey back to prehistoric times and find out all about the giant creatures that used to roam the earth – and also try out some modern day attractions.

The park is being transformed into an exciting playground, featuring a range of small and large scale inflatables, a number of of children’s fair rides and the chance to watch a dino show, meet up with some dinosaur babies after they’ve hatched in the dino nursery.

And those who keep their eyes peeled will also get the chance to see some fully grown dinos who will be making an appearance at the site.

And as getting up close and personal with these amazing creatures can be hungry and thirsty work, there will be a range of food and drink stalls available, as well as other fun experiences including face painting.

Tickets are affordably priced at £3 per person for entry, with tokens needed to access the inflatable attractions which can be bought on the day. Children’s fair rides start from £2 and can be paid for by both tokens and in cash.
