Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has announced that it will fire up the pizza oven and open the doors of its brand-new Altrincham restaurant on 22nd July 2024.
Marking the brand’s 27th restaurant in the country and its 7th in Greater Manchester, the neighbourhood pizzeria will reveal an upgrade to Charis House – the former home of OneCentral food court – on Central Way, and is now open for bookings via the Rudy’s website.
From 22nd July, customers will be able to get their hands on Rudy’s iconic pizzas in the lively suburb and can choose to sit downstairs, on its new mezzanine level, or opt for an al-fresco experience in the heated outdoor space to make the most of the long summer days!
Born out of passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making, renowned for its consistency and quality. The relaxed yet atmospheric dining concept will serve classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza – alongside paying homage to famous pizzerias around the globe with rotating specials.
Rudy’s Altrincham will mark the brand’s 27th restaurant in the country since launching in Ancoats in 2015, giving even more people the chance to see what all the fuss is about as its head chef – or pizzaioli – cooks up a storm using authentic Italian ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes and Fior Di Latte and Grana Padano cheeses.
In accordance with authentic Neapolitan techniques, the dough is cooked in a Stefano Ferrara oven for around 60 seconds – resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised cornicione crust.
Further celebrating its Neapolitan roots, the new Rudy’s in Altrincham will host a well-stocked bar serving iconic Italian spritzes, crisp Italian and local lager, and classic stirred-cocktails, making it the perfect spot to relax this summer.

Rudy’s Altrincham, located at Charis House, 1 Central Way, Altrincham, WA14 1SB, will open its doors in less than 2 weeks time on Monday 22nd July. It will be open seven days a week, Monday to Saturday from 12pm-10pm and Sunday from 12pm-9:30pm and bookings are now open here.
