Police want to speak to this man after a woman was inappropriately touched at an address in Withington
It is understood that the man was purporting to give a parking fine to one of the occupants who had parked outside the address on Davenport Road and was threatening to call the police to have the car towed away.
He is then said to have invited himself in the property to have a cup of tea, before he proceeded to inappropriately touch a woman in her 20s inside the address.
