Plans have been revealed to convert part of Church House on Deansgate into a 157 room Luxury Hotel
The plans lodged with Manchester City Council last week by Criterion Capital propose converting the vacant upper floors into a Zedwell hotel the second in the City Centre with the first due to open in 2027 at Royal Buildings on Piccadilly Gardens
The plans also would see what are described as 118 Crib Rooms,32 Capsules
and 7 Accessible DDA Rooms
Zedwell Criterion operate two successful Zedwell Hotels in London at Piccadilly and Tottenham Court Road
