A man is in hospital for treatment of serious injuries after a hit and run in Middleton last night
The collision occurred at junction of Spring Vale and Oldham Road – opposite the Hare and Hounds Pub around 10.50 pm.
The driver did not remain at the scene.
An investigation is underway and officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have footage of the incident – including CCTV or dashcam – to please get in touch.
