One man has since been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and another man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash at the Big Lamp Roundabout in Shaw in the early hours of this morning.
Police say the was travelling in a northerly direction along Oldham Road towards the ‘Big Lamp Roundabout’. The vehicle then collided with the roundabout before coming to a rest in the carriageway around 3.00am this morning
The driver and passenger of the vehicle did not remain at the scene.
