Pannone Corporate is bringing the ‘world’s first on-demand garden’ back to Manchester this Summer and is inviting clients and contacts to come along and enjoy this unique green space in the city centre.
Originally developed by design studio magneticNorth for Manchester’s Dig the City Festival, Plot is an innovative project that offers bookable garden space.

Pannone Corporate is hosting Plot in the grounds of its offices at The Chapel on Deansgate. For two weeks in August, clients and contacts can book space in hourly slots and use the garden for whatever purpose they choose whether that is holding meetings, entertaining their clients or just simply to enjoy the Manchester sunshine. The garden will have Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 50 people.

Pannone Corporate, which was established in 2014, moved into The Chapel – once used by Stock, Aitken and Waterman as a recording studio – a year later.

Over the past two years, the commercial law firm has established itself as a compelling alternative to the national firms in the North West.

Managing partner Paul Jonson said: “Plot is an original, forward thinking and progressive concept which reflect our own values at Pannone Corporate.

“We have decided to offer our fantastic garden area in the heart of the city centre to clients, contacts and friends of the firm as a way of adding value to our relationships.

“We have worked closely with magneticNorth, which was behind the original concept, to create a suitable version for our clients and look forward to welcoming our guests.”

magneticNorth chief executive Lou Cordwell said: “We’re delighted to be working with the Pannone Corporate team to reinvent their fantastic outdoor space. Their appetite for new ideas is reflective of their distinctly modern outlook and approach. Plot will create an inspirational environment for the Pannone Corporate team, clients and contacts alike.”

Plot@Pannone Corporate will launch w/c 15th August 2016.
