A North West bakery with a branch in Altrincham has been named for the second year running
Cumbria sourdough specialist Lovingly Artisan has been named as the best artisan bakery which is run by husband-and-wife team Aidan Monks and Catherine Connor has claimed the top spot of the Bakers’ Dozen 2024
More than 100 specialists from artisan bakers to suppliers, consultants, and lecturers were asked to vote for their favourite artisan bakeries.
Reacting on their Instagram page the couple said that winning the top spot in the Bakers’ Dozen last year was amazing. To win it for the second year in a row hasn’t really sunk in.
Manchester’s Pollen bakery was also included in the list coming in at 12th spot
