To mark their new Associate Artist relationship with the Royal Exchange Theatre, RashDash present a one-off performance of Two Man Show as part of a national tour. Their Fringe-First winning, genre-defying hit show about gender, language and humankind opens in The Studio, Saturday 23 September at 7.30pm.
Abbi Greenland and Helen Goalen are women playing women playing men in a show about how patriarchy is bad for everyone, and how being a man can be a dangerous, difficult and confusing act. They want to talk about masculinity and patriarchy but the words that exist aren’t good enough, so there’s music and dance too.
They are joined by Becky Wilkie; a musician, composer and performer who became the third member of the company in 2017. TWO MAN SHOW embraces the feminine, the masculine and everything in between. It’s loud and raucous and quiet and gentle.
