A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Longsight yesterday
The man in his 20’s was involved in a collision with car on Stanley Grove around 4.20pm.He was taken to hospital but died later.
The driver of the car assisted officers with their enquiries. No arrests have been made.
Police Sergeant Neil Pennington, from GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said:
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family who are understandably distressed and devastated.
“An investigation into this collision is on-going and anyone who may have seen anything, has any information or has dash cam or CCTV footage is asked to contact us.
