A complete overhaul has been made to the Middleton-based pub, the Oddfellows Arms, following it’s recent £161,000 investment.

The whole pub has been transformed, with the bar being relocated meaning more space for guests to enjoy themselves, and bright new décor, both inside and out. The bar is well stocked with popular brands including John Smiths, Boddingtons, Carling, Coors, and Birra Moretti available.

Keen to draw in the local community to watch the best and biggest sporting action, the pub has seven TVs for guests to choose from, all with Sky and BT Sport installed, so that none of the sporting excitement is missed. Elsewhere a new pool table and illuminated dartboard have been added, giving guests the perfect excuse for some friendly competition, whilst sampling a range of the pub’s fantastic offering of beverages and keeping one eye on the scores.

The pub is being run by Operators Theresa and Trev Healey. Both local to the area, Theresa was born in Middleton whilst Trev grew up in Cheetham Hill and with great hospitality experience, the pair are well prepared for building new relationships within the local community to see the pub thrive following its refurbishment.

Speaking on the reopening Operator, Theresa said “Myself and Trev are really excited to be welcoming guests back to the pub following the improvements made. This is a new chapter for the pub and we’re really looking forward to creating a great atmosphere here, with both returning and new visitors enjoying the great facilities we have. The additions to our AV offering give us the opportunity to offer the best sporting experience in town for the local community.”

Across the weekends live music entertainment can be enjoyed with disco karaoke nights every Friday and Saturday, as well as live music from local bands will be coming up over the next few weeks on Sunday nights. Keep an eye on the pub’s website for updates on future events.

Theresa continued “We have some great entertainment lined up at the pub and we are excited for what’s to come. If you haven’t been down yet, then we would love to welcome you to the pub, to see our brand new look.”
