Emily Aronson was plunged into uncertainty when her events business failed due to coronavirus, but she decided to utilise her time at home by creating chocolate.

Treats & Eats is a home-based chocolate confectionary enterprise in Whitefield, offering bespoke and personalised treats such as cakesicles and chocolate dipped strawberries, each with their own personal touch.

Ms Aronson has amassed over 800 Instagram followers in the last month with her intricately detailed chocolates, even attracting the attention of Coronation street celebrity Alexandra Mardell.

Founder of the business, Emily said: “The impact of the pandemic has forced everyone to adapt and after receiving such amazing feedback from customers, I’m hugely excited to keep going and see how far the business can grow.”

Despite the second national lockdown which began this week, Treats & Eats are determined to continue providing treats to all Mancunians with each treat being boxed or gift wrapped.

Items such as cookie cups, truffles and dipped Oreos can also be posted around the entire UK, to cater for you during this second wave.

Emily said: “With the impending lockdown, things are going to be tough for everyone again. We are able to offer contactless deliveries meaning that we can still provide our delicious treats to you! We can provide bespoke and personalised gifts to let them know that you are thinking of them.”

All of Treats & Eats products are suitable for vegetarians and start from as little as £4.
