A man in his 50’s has been hospitalised with serious injuries after being hit by a bus yesterday evening in Longsight police have confirmed
The incident happened on travelling Stockport Road with a man crossing the junction of Richmond Grove East.
The man remains in hospital for treatment although thankfully his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
An 58 year old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and he remains in custody for questioning.
