A man will appear in court this morning charged with the murder of Jonathan Herd at the weekend in Oldham
Michael Pickering aged 30 of no fixed abode,has been remanded to appear at Ashton Under-Lyne Magistrates Court this morning.
Two other men remain in custody in connection with this investigation.
The body of 44 year old Jonathan Herd was had found at a property on Lees New Road on Sunday
He had suffered multiple stab wounds and sadly died at the scene.
