A man has been charged with murder following the death of Michael Mullins earlier this week.
Simon Richardson,34 of no fixed address, has been charged with murder, manslaughter, dangerous driving, failing to stop, and driving without insurance.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today
Police are continuing to appeal for information as they progress their investigation.
This includes any witnesses, CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage from around the area at the time of the incident.
