A man has been charged over the death of pensioner Frederick Petts who was killed in a car accident in Heaton Moor last week.
Mudasser Rasool aged 35 of Stockport Road, Levenshulme, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and was remanded into custody and appeared before Manchester Magistrates’ Court on last Friday.He was bailed to appear before Manchester Crown Court on the 28th August.The 17-year-old boy who was arrested has been released without charge.
Errwood Road after a collision involving an Audi RS4 and a Vauxhall Astra. An 89-year-old man, who has been formally identified as Frederick Petts, was travelling in the Vauxhall Astra and sadly died in hospital.
