A man will appear at Tameside Magistrates Court this morning over an incident on Sunday which left a 42 year in hospital in a serious, life-threatening condition.on Oldham Road in Failsworth
Mohammed Hamid Hussain 31, of Hereford Street, Oldham, has been charged with assault, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, and driving while disqualified.
Officers are still asking for anyone who may have seen anything from around the time of the incident to please come forward.
Detective Sergeant Kate Dawson, from GMP’s Oldham district, said: “Officers are still working hard on the investigation from the weekend and while we have secured a charge, we are asking for anyone with any information to get in touch.
