Police have arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of two counts attempted rape in Rochdale
The attempts were just two hours apart, the first in Broadfield Park around 6.15am on Saturday morning
A second report was made at 8:38am concerning the sexual assault of a woman in Milnrow Memorial Park. The victim reported being attacked by a man she did not know.
The victims are being supported by specialist officers in this difficult and traumatic time.
The man remains in custody for questioning as enquiries continue.
