The Club have issued the following statement:

We are taking the current global situation around COVID-19 very seriously at Lancashire Cricket, and we want to let you know we’re doing all we can to keep our staff, Members and supporters safe.

These are unprecedented times for us all and nothing is more important to us than you, our loyal cricket supporters and commercial partners, and we hope that you and your families remain safe and healthy throughout this difficult period.

We are remaining vigilant about upcoming news and information, and carefully watching how this situation develops in the coming days and weeks following government advice. We will continue to keep you updated.

We understand supporters concerns around purchasing tickets and hospitality for upcoming events and if you have a current booking for a forthcoming international or domestic match we are asking for your patience until any changes to the scheduled dates and times are announced. We would like however to confirm that refunds for any purchases will be made if any match is postponed or cancelled due to the pandemic.

Following recent guidance from the government surrounding COVID-19, Lancashire Cricket will be operating with a skeleton staff at Emirates Old Trafford, however whilst the majority of staff will be working from home, business will carry on as usual with members of staff available to assist where necessary.

The Pavilion Reception will remain open for ticket enquiries, although supporters wishing to buy tickets or Memberships are advised to do so online at lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets or by contacting the Ticket Office by emailing tickets@lancashirecricket.co.uk.

The Club’s Shop at Emirates Old Trafford has now closed, although online orders can be placed at lancashirecricket.co.uk/store and we will continue to fulfil and deliver as we currently operate.

Over the past week, the Club have introduced proactive measures across Emirates Old Trafford to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect the health of our employees and visitors. This includes additional cleaning services and the installation of further hand sanitisers as well as information posters reinforcing the official medical advice for all those on site.

We recognise these are unsettling times and we’d like to thank you for your continued support. Most importantly please take care of yourselves and your families, we remain committed to our supporters, our colleagues and our community, and hopefully soon we will all be enjoying the cricket again this summer.
