The John Lewis group has confirmed that it is looking to make up to 11,000 job cuts after it also confirmed that it was slashing redundancy pay
The group is looking to shed ten per cent of its workforce across its entire workforce
The Company warned staff about possible job cuts in March last year in a bid to cut costs and use technology to heighten the company’s efficiency.
The move comes on the back of £230m losses
The announcement comes as the retailer says that it is reducing redundancy terms from two weeks of pay to one week if pay for every year worked
