The Chancellor Rachel Reeves has confirmed confirms the Clacton by-election will go ahead after Nigel Farage’s announced yesterday that he is to stand down and face re election

“It is a farce and a desperate distraction. But if he wants to spend the summer arguing with a bin, I won’t stop him” said Reeves as she appointed Farage Steward and Bailiff of the Manor of Northstead.

None of the major parties are going to put up candidates in the by election with only Count Binface saying he will stand

“It is the people of Clacton who gave me a mandate-It is they who should judge my actions-Not the media and MPs in Westminster.” The Reform Leader who was also interviewed on GB News saying people should use the Clacton vote to create ‘genuine change’ against the establishment.

Meanwhile Count Binface has admitted he has not been to Clacton.

“I thought I’d take a leaf out of the current incumbent’s book, and so I specifically have never visited it because I thought that was the done thing.”
