The fast-growing global cybersecurity recruitment and executive search specialist is primed for its next phase of expansionafter moving to bigger headquarters in Manchester city centre.

Hubscale has relocated its HQ to Tower 12 in Spinningfields after outgrowing its previous base in Hardman Square.

The move gives Hubscale scope to double the size of its Manchester team. Its workforce in the city has grown from four to 18 in the past 18 months, and its new base has capacity for 30 staff. Earlier this year, Hubscale opened an office in Austin, Texas, where it currently has five staff.

Hubscale recruits candidates globally across multiple business functions to help propel growth and scale for cybersecurity firms, focusing on areas such as product and technology, enterprise secruity and go-to-market strategies.

It also has an executive search division focused on vice-president to C-suite roles for businesses ranging from start-ups to established large vendors.

Hubscale works with clients across the UK, the United Statesand the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, including venture capital and private equity firms seeking to build executive teams in their portfolio businesses.

The company is on track to post revenues of £3.75m for the year to December 2025, more than double the figure of £1.58m achieved in 2024.

Hubscale is co-owned by directors Elliott White, who founded the business in June 2022, and Elliott Fielding, who joined in July 2023. The duo have more than 14 years’ combined experience in the sector.

Elliott White said: “Having moved into Hardman Square in April 2024, we quickly outgrew the space, but we wanted to remain in Manchester city centre at a premium site with capacity to expand further.

“We’ve tripled the size of the Manchester team since Januarythis year, and we will be making further appointments in the coming months. By the end of 2025, we aim to have 30 staff in total across our offices.

“Being in the heart of Manchester’s business district gives us access to a large pool of talented professionals in the recruitment, technology and finance sectors. It’s also great for connectivity and accessibility for our team, and is a hotspot for business events and networking.”

He added: “We pride ourselves on supporting clients to build the teams they need to grow and scale by delivering the right talent across numerous business functions, with executive search as a big pillar of our operations.

“We have long-term partnerships with our clients, who trust us to find the right candidates. By leveraging deep specialist expertise within the team, we can deliver faster hires and cover niche areas, such as identity security and fraud prevention, security operations, application security and data security. Every recruiter at Hubscale is a cybersecurity specialist.

“The sector is expanding rapidly, fuelled by several major factors. There is rising demand for security talent amid increasing threats, and vendors are looking to strengthen their technical and commercial teams in line with this trend.

“New regulations around data protection and software security are driving urgent hiring across governance, risk and compliance functions and, as businesses move to the cloud and adopt SaaS models, there is a surge in demand for sales, marketing and leadership roles that can take these solutions to market.

“In addition, the trend towards remote and global workforces means our customers can now tap into wider talent pools, andthis creates fierce competition for the best people. Our mission is to help them navigate the challenges by placing top talent with them.

“The United States remains the most competitive market, with vendors scaling quickly and looking for leaders who can drive their growth.

“We are helping clients build high-performing teams that give them a competitive edge in a crowded space. Our mantra is to be the number one at everything we do. We will not enter a market without that goal in mind, and are strongly focused onsupporting our partners with the best possible service.”
