Hatch, Manchester’s award-winning food, drink and retail destination, is shaking up the summer season in style with the launch of a fresh new cocktail menu.
With temperatures set to soar this week, 12Ten and Miami Ice will be offering a choice of classic cocktails with a seasonal twist alongside summer coolers to tantalise your taste buds.
If you’re feeling fruity, there’s a summer selection of refreshing spritzers and coolers on offer. Get your hands on a Tropical Spritz or a Pink Gin & Strawberry Cooler, created by Hatch’s very own in-house talented bartender, Jack.
If you’re looking for a ‘pick me up’, make sure to try out the new Boozy Berocca which includes Jameson’s Orange and is a fantastic fizzy and fortifying mix, just like the Vitamin C boosting drink.
And if booze isn’t your thing, the Apple & Elderflower Spritz is a light, sparkling sipper made with a complementary flavour pairing which will instantly cool you down in midday sun.
For those who like their cocktails straight up, they can bag themselves a familiar classic, such as the Mojito, Aperol Spritz, or the Negroni which can be customised with your favourite gin from the menu.
Pineapple Rum Old Fashioned, Cosmopolitan and Bloody Mary are also on the menu, and for anyone wanting a cocktail with a twist, 12Ten will be serving up different takes on the classics – for all the tequila lovers out there, the perfect hangover cure in the form of mixing up your Bloody Mary by requesting a Bloody Maria.
