The Greater Manchester Young Persons Wellbeing Programme (GMYPWP) has announced the first thirty members of its coalition of partners.

The scheme is part of a city region wide effort to improve the wellbeing and prospects of young people.

The work builds upon the Life Readiness Survey pioneered by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.

As announced in January, GMYPWP will deliver a wellbeing assessment survey to participating secondary schools across all ten districts of Greater Manchester for three years starting from Autumn 2021.

Private feedback will then be provided to schools from early 2022, and aggregated feedback for neighbourhoods across Greater Manchester will be published at the same time – with a view to inspiring the coalition of partners to deliver significant improvements to the wellbeing of young people, both within schools and also in the community.
