Manchester-based baby and children’s toiletries brand Good Bubble has reached out to the public with a plea for help following the devastating fire at its Storage World unit in Middleton on 18thJune.

Over 400 businesses and families have been affected by the huge fire, which ripped through the commercial premises and is suspected to have been caused by lithium-ion batteries.

Firefighters tackled the blaze for over four days during which time the building was also partially demolished to enable crews to access parts of the fire that continued to burn.

Good Bubble founders Amy Lister and Sally Wordsworth announced in a heart-breaking videoon Monday 23rd June that they had lost just over half of their stock to the fire and needed to raise urgent production orders to replace the product lines that have been destroyed.

They have appealed to the public to help support their business during this time by placing a small order of their remaining stock through the Good Bubble web shop.

Co-founder at Good Bubble, Amy Lister said: “This will help to ensure that we have the cashflow to pay for the urgent production orders. Thankfully the stock was insured, but we’ve no idea how long the claim will take to come through and we need to keep the business running in the meantime. Thank you to everyone for your support so far, we can’t tell you how much it means.

Orders can be placed viawww.goodbubble.co.uk/all-products
