Diversity Travel, a travel management company specialising in public sector, academic and non-profit organisations, has relocated to Manchester’s Linley House.
The company has taken 6,500 sq ft of space at Linley House, upgrading their workspace and having access to the extensive amenity offer the building has to offer.
Owned by Castleforge, Linley House has undergone significant investment over the past two years, introducing a new ground-floor business lounge and cafe, improved cycle facilities, and upgraded meeting spaces. The building offers a wide range of fitted and unfitted workspace options designed to support evolving business needs, including a Clockwise serviced centre.
Diversity Travel’s new office size requirements where quite specific and the ability to tailor the space and deliver it within a tight timeframe, alongside the strong amenity offer, were key factors in the move.
The transaction highlights the continued demand for high-quality, well-connected office space in Manchester, particularly among businesses seeking flexibility and a strong service provision.
Christopher Airey, Chief Executive Officer at Diversity Travel, said: “We’re really pleased to have found a new home for our UK team in Linley House. The flexibility and amenities available were key in our decision, as was the high environmental performance of the building, and we’re grateful for Level Workspace and JLL for their support in securing the space. This move provides us with the ideal setting to continue delivering exceptional service to our customers, whilst supporting our growth across the UK, Europe and the United States.”
James Devaney, Senior Director at JLL said: “It’s been a pleasure to advise Castleforge and work with LEVEL Workspace and Diversity Travel to find them a new home. They do important work in the charity and academic sectors, so finding them the right space was key to enabling them to continue to do just that and evolve.
“Linley House is a great fit – high-quality, flexible, and providing extensive onsite amenity to support their growth. Castleforge have created an excellent offer at Linley House and Diversity Travel are welcome addition to the existing occupier community.”
