Four people – two men aged 20 and 41, and two teenagers who can’t be named for legal reasons – have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs after early morning raids in Cheetham Hill

They all remain in police custody for questioning.

A significant amount of Class A drugs worth an estimated street value of £150,000 was seized along with a number of handsets.

Detective Sergeant Jamie Heaton, from our North Manchester Challenger team, said: “These co-ordinated operations demonstrate our dedication and determination to disrupt drug supply at every level.

“We will continue to take drug supply seriously as we see firsthand the devastating effects that these substances have on not only individuals but the wider community.

“We are committed to relentlessly pursue every line of enquiry, if you have any information about drug dealing in your area, or know where drugs are being stored, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
