There’s a fantastic selection of items on offer in this special online auction, including weekend breaks in The Lake District, Tuscany and The South of France; an African safari, champagne tasting in Reimes; VIP Parklife tickets; private box Manchester Arena gigs; signed artwork and photographs of Joy Division and Pete Shelley; fine dining experiences; plus a whole load of memorabilia.
The online auction will close on Thursday 7 February 2019 at midday, and all bids will be transferred to the Forever Manchester Birthday Party the following night at The Principal Manchester.
All profits from the auction and Birthday Party ticket sales will be reinvested into communities across Greater Manchester. Last year’s event raised over £70,000.
The Birthday Party will bring together over 400 passionate and dedicated Forever Manchester supporters, celebrating another successful year of helping local people to do extraordinary things together.

Hosted by Barrie English and Captain Manchester, the Birthday Party will include entertainment from four community groups: The Greater Manchester Community Pipe Band, Salford Malayalee, Chorlton Ladies Choir andXpress Urself.
The finale performance will be from the legendary Denise Johnson, followed by a DJ set from Dave Haslam.
During the evening there will be four awards presented: Employee Engagement Award, Business Supporter Of The Year Award, Growing Community Award and Inspirational Community Group Award. Plus, there will also be the Captain Manchester Award in recognition of an individual with true Mancunian spirit who has given their time, money, skills or resources to support communities.
Forever Manchester recently produced a short film to illustrate work the charity does in Greatest Manchester Communities. During the Birthday Party there will be a screening of this film, which features The Courteeners ‘Take Over The World’.
