2021 is a busy year for film anniversaries – from family classics like Harry Potter to epics like The Lord of the Rings.

Many have stood the test of time and are celebrating major milestones over the next 12 months.

To help film enthusiasts follow in the footsteps of their favourite characters, Sykes Holiday Cottages has created a collection of holiday homes that are inspired by these movies or close to the UK filming locations.

The collection includes an apartment near the iconic Alnwick Castle, that doubled as Hogwarts; a stone-built cottage situated in the Peak District perfect for Jane Eyre fans; and a Grade II listed property set in the Yorkshire Dales, an area which inspired The Lord of the Rings.
