Five people will appear in court today following police raids earlier this week in connection with immigration offences
Esmail Majelan, 42, of Nevill Road, Stockport, has been charged with Conspiracy to Assist illegal entry to UK by non-UK nationals in breach of UK immigration law and Conspiracy to Money Launder
Reza Enayati, 47, of Stockport Road, Cheadle, has been charged withConspiracy to Assist illegal entry to UK by non-UK nationals in breach of UK immigration law and Conspiracy to Money Launder.
Farooq Umar, 30, of Greenland Road, Bolton, has been charged with Conspiracy to Assist illegal entry to UK by non-UK nationals in breach of UK immigration law and Conspiracy to Money Launder.
Usman Asim, 19, of Bradford Road, Farnworth, has been charged with: Section 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010 (possess false identity documents that were improperly obtained).
Arash Ghezelbash, 44, of Greenfield Gardens, London, has been charged with: Conspiracy to Assist illegal entry to UK by non-UK nationals in breach of UK immigration law.
They are all are due to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court this morning.
